Plan 2757 ~ The Tara
Plan 2757, The Tara, is a four bedroom, three bath Texas Hill Country style home that includes 2,757 square feet of living space. The plan includes a Media Room and Study, along with an extra large living area, a well appointed kitchen, and eat-in dining area. A covered back patio sits behind the main living space and offers up to 190 square feet of outdoor entertainment. Need more room? The covered patio can be extended an additional 4 feet to give you nearly 230 square feet of outdoor living space! The Media Room and Study also come with optional packages: if you don’t have a need for a Media Room, we can easily reconfigure it to be a formal parlor; perhaps you would prefer a formal dining room? The Study can be easily reconfigured to give you the space you want!
Similar to The Seth, this plan offers two pantries: a smaller, more utilitarian pantry within the kitchen itself, and a large butler’s pantry, which is tucked away, behind the kitchen and next to the large Utility room that leads to the garage.
The Master Suite of the Tara is large, and is privately positioned away from the rest of the house. The Master bedroom has been sized appropriately to provide it with a comfortable seating area for one-on-one conversations, and grants direct access to the covered patio out back. The massive Master bathroom has been set up with all the comforts one has come to expect in an owner’s suite. The walk-in closet is thoughtfully partitioned for his and her space, and features excellent options to consider.
The other three bedrooms are strategically set up on the opposite side of the home, and are positioned comfortably close to one another. Two of them share a Jack-n-Jill, while the other has ready access to the third full bath, which is stationed just outside the bedroom door. A linen closet is smartly placed just outside the full bath, allowing all in the area to access it without disturbing anyone in the bath. All three bedrooms offer walk-in closets with ample space to satisfy your storage needs.
