Plan 2246 ~ The Kiley, is an interpretation of a Texas Farmhouse blended with a Texas Hill Country style home. It has four bedrooms and three & one-half baths, and a two-car garage. You will find a farmer’s porch out front and an oversized, covered porch out back that connects to the Master Suite.

The Kiley features a massive Great Room, open kitchen and connected dining area. The bedrooms have been enlarged to comfortably accommodate members of the family, and the Master Suite is well appointed with amenities to make the owners feel right at home. Two of the bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill style bathroom, while the third has its own private bathroom. The Master bathroom is appointed with a large soaker tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. The owner closet is massive, and connects directly to the utility room for easy access to the washer and dryer.

This is a fully custom designed home, and presents some extraordinary features, such as a vaulted ceiling that runs from the Great Room through the length of the Kitchen, and bench seating under the expansive windows in the dining area that also function as useful storage space underneath, and decorative lighting suspended from the vaulted ceiling over the island. The kitchen has a large pantry and small nook which will function very well as a small butler’s pantry area.
