The model of a simple, country home, the Ailie offers a smaller footprint than the Samantha and the Victoria. With only three bedrooms and two & a half baths, the primary focus is on living space. With just a quick glance, your attention is drawn immediately to the oversized Great room and kitchen at the heart of this home. Outside, we’ve really opened up the back patio to provide for lots of outdoor living space.
Turn your attention to the Master Suite, and you’ll notice the Ailie is well appointed with all of the features you’d expect. The Master bedroom provides direct access to the back porch, letting you enjoy a beautiful morning outside. The Master bath features an oversized soaking tub, dual vanities and access to the huge walk-in closet.
The guest rooms share a Jack-n-Jill, giving them access to the services they need, while providing private space in the individual vanities. The Ailie also comes with an office/study, away from the busy areas, to provide some space to focus.
